		<description>Yes, I believe shaming is about the only option we have. At least in the short term. Looking down the road, it would be great if we could help Haiti get to a point where they are stronger in both their economy and government, and then perhaps they could defend against this sort of nonsense.</description>

We know regulations on how companies treat workers abroad- or anything that can conceivably be labelled &quot;anti-business&quot;- won&#039;t happen. And of course, it had to be leaked for us to even be talking about it in public, so shaming &lt;i&gt;might&lt;/i&gt; help here, but I doubt this is an isolated incident.</description>
